​​Job Summary

​​Must be able to exceed guest’s expectations by providing a high standard service.​

​​Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. The expo is the main point of communication between the servers and the Sous Chef or the Lead Line Cook. ​

​​​ ​​Essential Functions

  • ​​Executes all finish work and garnishes for meals coming out of the kitchen and to the Guest table​
  • ​​Prepares house salads and sub salads for entrees​
  • ​​Pours all dressings for all salads, and sauces for entrees​
  • ​​Places all food items on trays in pivot order for delivery to the table​
  • ​​Assists with To-Go orders​
  • ​​Ensures 100% accuracy for the Guests order​
  • ​​Keeps their station cleaned and stocked throughout the shift​
  • ​​Does light prep-work for the Salad Bar - cutting veggies and fruits​
  • ​​Maintains cleanliness and stocking of the Salad Bar​
  • ​​Ensures ticket times are within the Dockside Restaurant standards​
  • ​​Work at fast pace​
  • ​​Ensure that all allergies are adhered to and plates are handled with care​
  • ​​Carry up to 15 pounds​
  • ​​Must be detail oriented, calm under pressure, and a great communicator​

​​Job Requirements 

  • ​​Experience: preferably 1 year Restaurant/Hospitality experience ​
  • ​​Skills and Abilities: Requires basic food and beverage service knowledge and skills. Able to read and speak English. ​
  • ​​Hours required: Five to Ten hour shift; scheduled days and times may vary based on need​

  • 5+ years gets 20 PTO days - 1,200 hours (average 23 hours per week)

Holiday Pay:

  • Hourly team members who work on Thanksgiving and Christmas will be paid their wage at time and a half.
