Job Description
Assist guests with arrival and departure from the spa, while providing positive guest experiences. Assure cleanliness of Spa Locker Rooms, Relaxation Area, and Pool Area. Make sure there is a sufficient amount of clean towels, robes, and sheets.
Must be available evenings and weekends.
Essential Functions:
- Greet all clients as they arrive
- Responsible for verifying clients' appointments on the computer
- Supply the client with the appropriate size robe, sandals, and locker key
- Provide tours of the spa to clients and potential clients
- Maintain cleanliness of all lounge areas and locker rooms
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and hear continually all day long in order to talk to clients.
- Possess good cognitive skills in the areas of problem-solving and reasoning in dealing with both guests and team members.
- Must be able to use both hands to keep amenities stocked and clean
- Must be capable of sitting and/or standing for long periods of time
- May have to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Must be able to make many (30) trips back and forth, up and down stairs per shift.
- Knowledge of treatments, products, and staff members
- Serve spa lunches including drinks
- Open/close the spa in accordance with opening/closing checklist
- Maintain consistency of duties when on shift
- Maintain schedules and work hours as they are scheduled
- Demonstrate respect, sensitivity, and concern for guests’ needs in a professional and pleasant manner.

- Must maintain a minimum of 30 hours per week or more.
- Variable-hour team members could be eligible 12 months after their date of hire, with supervisor approval, so long as they have averaged 30+ hours per week throughout their first year.

- Team members are eligible to participate at the age of 21 or greater and at the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.

PTO:
- 6 months gets 7 PTO days - 728 hours (average 28 hours per week)
- 1 year gets 10 PTO days - 1,456 hours (average 28 hours per week)
- 2-4 years gets 15 PTO days - 1,456 hours (average 28 hours per week)
- 5+ years gets 20 PTO days - 1,200 hours (average 23 hours per week)
Holiday Pay:
- Hourly team members who work on Thanksgiving and Christmas will be paid their wage at time and a half.
